I have power to the stove, however there is no display on the stove and all the buttons are not functioning. I replaced the SMPS PCB (EBR64624701) board and still nothing working on the stove. What should I do to trouble shoot this issue? Thx

Check your dual 240 volt breaker in your home breaker box, one or both might have tripped and that would cause this problem.

Do a dual breaker reset, meaning turn them BOTH all the way OFF, then all the way ON, and see if it starts working again.

If still nothing, then its possibly the thermal fuse blew. Turn the dual breaker OFF before you access and ohm test the thermal fuse.

Hello, This double oven was installed for less than a month (but out of warranty) before it just went dead. I opened up the panel and see some burn marks on the transformer. Any ideas on what I should check or replace? Thanks!

Yes I checked the wiring and there was an issue with the common wire. Thx again I appreciate your help
