So the correct part number is labeled on the box, but the part in the box is different.

So you will need to contact AppliancePartsPros at 1-877-477-7278 and tell them that.

You can refer them to this thread if needed.

Spoke with a nice gal. She said just match the plug in the new locations and it should work unless I have an extra wire some where. Then call again. One thing the CN12 CN14 plugs on new i have to twist wires around to plug in.
Any concerns you think?

Wired up with plugs to correct number location. Plug in large burner heats up fast without being turned on

The relay on the relay board turns it off.

You will need to contact LG to come out to see what's going on if its still not turning off. I have replaced many of these relay boards for my local customers and it always fixes it.

You may have a short in the wiring to that element keeping it on, if the relay board didn't fix it. Disconnect power to your range and check the wiring from the relay board to that element to see if you notice a short or frayed wire touching ground making that element stay on.
