LRG3085 LG Gas Oven is not working properly. This has been going on for a long time. Two ignitors were replaced. Yesterday I replaced the temperature probe. If you set the oven to 350, it dings that it is preheated, but when you look at the oven thermometer it is up to 450-500. Then it cools down, sometimes it will maintain around 350(260-425), It seems so random. If you try to bake at 450, it seems to do better. Help?? So frustrating. Thanks in advance.

Thank you so much for your help Rick. Is this easy to replace? Would this also be responsible for the convection fan not turning. We replaced the motor on that, but still doesn't work. Lots of issues with this range. Many thanks for your help!
