LG Refrigerator LFXS28566MS - Fridge and freezer not cooling right

LFXS28566MS fridge and freezer not cooling correct. Condenser fan runs, compressor warm to the touch. Mother board been replaced. Coils are clean. Fridge fan does not run, it will under reset but after that it won’t. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have freezer thermometer you can put in the freezer?

Its common for LG to have compressor problems, meaning the compressor will still run, but the cooling will stop.

Take everything out of the freezer and remove the back panel inside the freezer and take a photo of your evaporator coil, we need to see the frost pattern of it to determine if your compressor is bad or not.

Temp in freezer is 34 to 35, I will pull the cover off this week and see. Thanks

Ok, yes 34-35 degrees is way too high for the freezer section.
