We have an LG LRFDS3016S. It was manufactured in May 2021, and we purchased it in August 2021. We have had the repairman out 7 times. They have replaced everything from the icemaker to all the internals including the compressor twice. The LG man was here yesterday and was told by LG that he was to replace parts again. I am so frustrated that this unit, which is less than two years old will not work correctly. IS there any way to contact someone at LG other than the call center in the Philippines? This unit needs to be replaced.
