Hi,

LG Refrigerator ltcs20020s only works in test mode after being moved to the basement. I checked the service manual. https://research.encompass.com/ZEN/sm/LTCS20020S.pdf. but I do not have an LED on the main board. When I plugged it into the wall mount nothing happens except the lights and hearing two realy clicks from the main board. Then when I pressed the test button fans and compressor start up and start cooling the Freezer.
Please help me to diagnose the issue.

after being moved to the basement.

It worked properly in its previous location?

When I plugged it into the wall mount nothing happens except the lights and hearing two realy clicks from the main board.

I am not familiar with your fridge but maybe it went into 'display mode' for some reason? Check the service manual on page 30 under "Demonstration MODE (OFF)".

If that's not it, someone else may need to assist with servicing it.

It worked properly in the previous location

Now I tried Demonstration MODE (OFF) and On. But after turning it off evaporator fan came on but not the compressor and C-fan.

Thanks, Dan

I currently have a similar problem
