LG tromm DLG8388wm Gas dryer heating intermittently

Gas dryer will heat for half a cycle. I was running it on normal cycle and it would heat for half the cycle then it started to only heat for a short time and kick the fuse. I can reach in and push the button reset the fuse and restart the dryer. If I run it on permanent press the gas will stay on longer and sometimes will get a full dry cycle. I am thinking one of the thermostats is bad? Cycling or high limit. What are your thoughts?

A very first step in tracing an overheating problem in a dryer is inspecting and *thoroughly* cleaning the dryer's venting all the way from the dryer to the outdoors.
