LG Washer WT1101CW / Agitator Noise

I've attached this video, and it seems like similar posts here. There's no actual grinding, but a loud belt like rubbing noise when the agitator goes back and forth. Used to be super quiet. Is this covered under the 10Y direct drive engine warranty? This unit is about 7 years old.

Hi, yes I'd first check your pulsator to see if it's starting to strip on the clutch shaft it mounts onto.

Here's the Pulsator Assembly for your model:

If the pulsator is not stripped, then it possibly the clutch is making that noise.

Here's the clutch/bearings assembly for your model:

Also check the rotor at very bottom of the machine.
