No error codes but when load start to spin even at beginning of cycle the drum wobbles around and makes noise. I already tried to remove washer pulsator..no go...stuck.
Could it be the Housing clutch or coupling. Wife was washing on the bulky bedding cycle when machine went violent wobbling and banging around...we stop the washer and no error code. Any clues before I call a technician. I had a Maytag washer from the 80s never had a problem with it it stayed with the house when we moved 5 years ago. Wish I still had it. Dave

I would take a 30 year old Maytag over a brand new LG anytime. Damn good washer. Probably the toughest machine ever made.

This kit will solve the shaking issue:

Remove the clothes guard (8 screws). Remove the pulsator cap, screws and washer. Use a 38mm socket or wrench and a hammer to remove the hub nut:

Check the hall sensor for the spin problem.
Unplug the machine and remove the rear washer panel.
Locate the Hall sensor connector on the stator behind the rotor.
Touch your meter leads to terminals 5 to 4, white to gray.
Plug in the machine, close the door, and press the power button.
DO NOT PRESS START!
Your meter should indicate 10 to 15 VDC. If 10 to 15 VDC is present, control board, white wire, and gray wire are OK!
