LG Washer WT1101CW rubbing noise when agitating

Our LG top load washer is making a weird rubbing noise when agitating. It's not so much a grinding as it is rubbing. It stops after a while but want to address it before it gets worse. I've included a sound clip of the noise.

I'd first check your pulsator to see if it's starting to strip on the clutch shaft it mounts onto.

Here's the Pulsator Assembly for your model:

If the pulsator is not stripped, then it possibly the clutch is making that noise.

Also check the rotor at very bottom of the machine.
