LG Washer WT1101CW won't drain

the customer is complaining that the washer wouldn't drain or spin. I put it into diagnostic mode and both the drain and spin worked. the customer states that they had someone out and that company replaced the clutch motor, the shifter arm assembly and the pressure switch. the drain hose is clear and the drain pump works perfectly when in diagnostic. Does anyone have any suggestions on why the washer won't drain on its own? thanks for the help.

Hi Tim,

When the drain pump works great in diagnostic mode or when bench testing the drain pump, but not when in regular mode, then the main control board is usually the issue.

this makes sense and its what I suspected and didnt want to jump to conclusions, especially since its an expensive part.
