So these are things things I have done. Any guidance would be appreciated.
-Leveled Machine
-Replaced Hall Sensor
-Replaced Springs
-Replaced Control Board
-Checked the nut on the bottom of the machine

It still throws a UE code, even if the drum is empty. I can put the machine in a diagnostic mode and it will spin up like its supposed to. When I replaced the hall sensor all the gears and splines looked good. Any suggestions? I'm an the point of getting a new one.

It says to replace the main control board, and since you already did, check to see what VERSION is stamped on the new main control board you got. It must VERSION 14 or it will not work and you will keep getting that UE error.

Do you know where on the board it says the version number? Or do I need to have the board installed and go into test mode? The part number is the EBR75795702, but unsure if just because its the new part number if it also has the new version number? I attached a picture of a sticker found on the board. It has a V.14 on it, possibly indicating version 14? And if I read that service bulletin correct, if the control board does not solve the issue then replace the rotor?

Yes, Your control board is fine since it says V.14 on it.

Yes, It does say to replace the rotor if you still get the UE error.
