The drain hose from the tub to the pump cracked and I replaced it (LG AEM73213001). It came off after a couple loads. Came off of the tub side. I also replaced the drain hose from the pump to the washer frame (LG 5215EA3003A) . This came with a plastic part attached to the hose and it appeared to be glued together. Does the hose that connects to the tub and pump need to be glued in addition to the hose clamp? I don't want to dump another tub full of water on the floor. I saw another post about gluing the hose but it was for a different brand. If so, what type of sealant is used?
Thanks!

No, its not glued on. You need to use regular radiator hose clamps and tight them down good. Do the same with pump to washer frame hose.

Here's the tub to pump hose for your model:
