Hello! While I am furiuosly googling how to fix my dishwasher, I figured i'd give this a shot too.

Culprit: Fridigaire Gallery 24" Dishwasher Model # LGID2478SF

Problem: i0 Error code. When I turn the breaker ON, it just runs contiously. It actually ran for nearly 12 hours before I killed the power to it. When I turn the power back on, it just has what looks like an I (or a period?) and a 0 on the display and runs nonstop while doing nothing. The buttons on the panel beep when I press them, but they do nothing else. It even runs with door open.

Halp. plz.

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below, I don't see a i0 error code, but I do see a i10 error code, which says Water Tap Closed.

Does the machine even fill with water when it runs non-stop?

Also, you get into SERVICE MODE in the tech. data sheet, and do what it mentions to run those tests.

Here's the parts diagram for your model: Parts for Frigidaire LGID2478SF0A Dishwasher

No, it doesn't ever fill with water.

I tried entering service mode by following the instructions on the document you attached. I'm assuming the "quick" button is the 30 minute wash button? I have tried every combination of holding the Heavy button + other buttons (including the 30 minute wash button) and it does nothing, just displays that same code and continues running.

Ok, check your pressure switch(sensor) first to see if its gunked up.

Here it is for your model: Pressure Switch A00055408

Disconnect power to your dishwasher first!

Watch this video to remove it:

Electrolux makes Frigidaire, so its the exact same part your model uses.
