I have an LG LMXC23746D french-door counter depth refrigerator. I am seeing an accumulation of black deposits under the frame that houses the crisper drawers at the bottom of the main refrigerator compartment. This is the housing that remains behind when the drawers are removed. Is there a relatively easy way to remove this housing so that the area under this assembly can be cleaned?

Thanks for the info. However, I took a look at that yesterday and didn't see anything helpful.

I couldn't locate the service manual that would show you the exact steps how to remove it.
