Where can I get the template to vent the microwave?

Going to outside vent the under cabinet microwave and need the template for cutting the cabinet floor to get the rectangular to round transition adapter cut in.

Also needing the actual sheet metal damper that came with the unit when new since I must have discarded/misplaced it when originally installed.

This is needed fo Kenmore microwave model 790.80363310.

Any help appreciated....
