Hi! My dual element is not working. I replaced it with a new one and it still doesn’t work. But new and old elements have been tested w/a multimeter and all readings were fine. The switch on the cooktop turns on but there’s no heat. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Its the control board that controls the stovetop elements that's bad.

Here's another member that had this same problem and the new control board fixed it:
