Trying to fix our LG cooktop, without much success. I've done a few searches, trying to find something similar, but no luck.
Here is what is going on:
- The LF and RF burners turn-on occasionally (1 in 20 attempts), however, they do not stay on on those rare occasions.
- When you turn on LF/RF, you can hear the clicking, but elements don't light.
- On the rare times they do light up, they look great (and then they turn off quick!)
- No problem with LR/RR burners.
Someone told me I needed to replace the PCB Display control board (the smaller one), problem not solved.
Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
