Hi, I have the LG - 23.5 Cu. Ft. French Door-in-Door Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator with Craft Ice and InstaView, which was purchased 4/16/21, delivered 4/22/21 but not installed until kitchen redesign was completed in October of 2021.
The craft Ice maker stopped working approximately 2 months back. I've spoken with LG support more than once and it's all ways the same steps, cycle ice maker power off and then on, hit the reset button and wait 24-48 hrs to see if it will produce ice balls. never works. I'm unable to see if it's actually got ice in the tray to dump out or if the ice maker is even getting any water. The French door ice maker is working just fine. The freezer has been at a constant -1 degrees. Unfortunately for me, I took a gamble and listened to a friend who never buys extended warranties because he never has issues with his appliances before extended warranties expire " waste of $$". Well, I should remember that I don't have that kind of luck. So, now I'm stuck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
