I need some help from the experts.

My Refrigerator stopped cooling. I have a 2 year old French door, bottom freezer, LG.

It happened immediately after we left the doors open for about 25-30 minutes to give it a good cleaning before we went on an extended RV vacation. It makes a hum like fans are running but zero cooling.

The next morning I unplugged it and left the doors open to defrost everything...3 days later I plugged it back in and it’s still not cooling.

Any suggestions? I don’t even know where to start. I’m somewhat handy but certainly not an appliance pro. 👍

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback.

Check for 120 VAC at the compressor ptc start device or the two larger wires on an inverter compressor and 3-6 VDC inverter signal voltage across the two smaller wires.

The compressor seems to be running…at least it’s making noise and vibrating when I touch it.

OK, that's one of LGs linear compressors (inverter). They have a lot of problems with that style compressor. It wouldn't surprise me if the short took it out. The good news is it should be covered by LG warranty.
