LSC27925ST Compressor lines are frosting terribly

Lines coming from compressor are all frosted up. Fridge is cooling at correct temps. Compressor is not overly hot

Appears there is also an error on display. 4th line on display is lit. I believe it's a defrost error.

Can these be related or are these separate issues?

I figured out the error. The defrost control assembly wiring was unplugged causing error and unit not to cool. The frosting of the lines is still there. Could they have simply overfilled? Would it be wise to evacuate a small amount to see if there is any change?

First thought is too much refrigerant gas.
