FIXED LSC5683WS LG range broil working, not the oven

Hi, thanks to let me in. LG electric model LSC5683WS all elements has been check, tested with multimeter and work good. broil working, not the oven. at first i cook a pie and it burn the top, second a pizza half cook. any help will be appreciated, thanks

If the element is definitely good but it is not heating, the relay board (see the following link) on the back of the range may be defective. The only other cause I can think of is there might be a broken or burnt wire between that relay board and the bake element which would often be visible upon close inspection.
