Hi,

Do you hear any sounds at all when it does this?

Could be your lid/lock switch.

washer fills but no agitation

It does make a click after it fills. How difficult is it to change the switch? Thanks for your help.

Its been many years since i have changed the lid switch, its not too hard to do. Just take off the front panel, you should see the 2 screws on the lower part of that panel, then the front panel pulls straight out and up on its top clips, then it will come off completely. If you do this yourself, just make sure the power is off to your machine.

Thanks again, It was the switch. I cleaned some corrosion off the connections and the washer appears to be cycling properly again.
The orange wire on top seems to be the culprit.
