The complaint is that the controls don't work. There are five lights representing the temperature and the right most three are always lit up and no function buttons work. I've replaced the control case assembly and the main board and it still does the same thing. The refrigerator runs and cools, it just can't be controlled or adjusted.
Anyone seen this?

Parts replaced:
ABQ73946703 CASE ASSEMBLY,CONTROL
EBR80757402 Main Board (at first I got the wrong main board as I missed the difference between ASTCNA1 and ASTCNA2 which was very frustrating)

Brand: LG
Type: Refrigerator Country: USA
Model: LTCS20220S Version - ASTCNA2
Serial: 507MRCJ1G643
Manufactured in Mexico, July of 2015.

Thanks. I replaced both those parts already.
I put in ABQ73946703 which is the control case assembly that contains EBR59400502
And I put in the main board, EBR80757402, too.

The unit comes on and the display looks normal for a few minutes then it goes back to only showing the right most three green lights. It cools fine, you just can't control it. Any other ideas?

That is very strange, I'm puzzled by what is causing that too. Unless its a short in the wiring.
