Fan is kicking on, but cannot tell if the compressor is doing anything. After hours of running the fridge will only maintain room temperature. I did test it out between different rooms and depending on the temperature of room, that is the temperature that the fridge will maintain. Any suggestions on what I should do to try and repair? Is the unit worth repairing?

Put your hand on the top of the compressor and feel it for vibration and warmth. If no vibration but warm, its either the compressor start relay or compressor itself that's bad.

Here's the compressor start relay for your model, if needed:

Just unplug the refrigerator and remove the compressor start relay then ohm the two parallel holes in it, you should have 3-12 ohms, if you get no reading then its bad.

I do not have an meter, but i plugged it in and found the compressor doesn't get hot and isn't vibrating, only the fan is running.

Ok, then its possibly that compressor start relay is bad.
