So woke up to alarm with fridge "H".
Here's what I have tested and looked at so far.

Pulled starter relay/capacitor to compressor - relay was around around 10 OHMS from memory...... Done have a farday tester but put it on 2million ohms and saw the figures rise
Checked fan on inside of freezer - working fine.

thoughts on most likely next steps ?

Figuring it has to be something with blend door or something on fridge side ?

ok looks like its the door - shut as best as I can tell - actuator I guess .....

All the relay does is start the compressor. If the compressor was not running, the refrigerator wouldn't cool at all.

Is there a way to test damper

Its functioning can be tested using the Service Mode described in the unit's tech sheet.

You can see the damper for your model and how to service it at this link:

Probably a long shot but read my earlier post on my fan idiosyncrasies.

Definately tracked down to the damper door.
Pulled the unit and the door is slammed shut .........
turned unit back on and cold air could be felt through blend door ....................... have cold fridge this morning and no alarm.
Got to work out why its closing the door :) Temp sensor or bad motor or something -

Thanks Dan ^^^ - appreciated - confirms problem with error 4 on cycle.
Is there any way above that to test why it cant open/close - meaning is it a motor issue or a signal issue. Hate to purchase a $100 unit to find out its something else ......

I do not know of a way to physically test it. The tech sheet has the wiring diagram so maybe you can figure out how from that?
