Purchased this new and just installed but it leaks while running. It leaks from the front left and front right side. Nothing is leaking under the dishwasher…it appears to be leaking from the door seals but they are not ripped or torn. It appears to be leaking from the top corner seals and then draining down to the floor. The corners do look a little warped, maybe? I even tried pulling the gasket off and resetting it. It’s almost like the door isn’t fully sealing against the gasket. The dishwasher is level.

I have a Maytag tech coming out but they can’t come for nearly a month. I attached pictures of the seals, does anything look off?

Actually, it should be slightly lower in the back. Call maytag and set up a warranty service call. Everything is covered the first year. If you attempt a repair you risk losing your warranty. Take a look at this picture. What happened here? This could be your leak.
