Maytag dryer stuck in sensing mode

My maytag dryer stopped heating last month, I opened it up and discovered the heating element had cracked. I ordered a new heating element and replaced it. My dryer worked for about 2 weeks after that, then it stopped. Every time I try to start a load to dry it stays stuck in "sensing mode." I replaced the moisture sensors and that did not fix the issue. I had a technician come out and he said it was the control board, and verified it was the control board with maytag on the phone as well. I ordered the control board from Reliable Appliance Parts and the exact same part number control board arrived in a sealed box. I replaced the control board and it did not fix the problem. Any suggestions?
