So today the electricity in my neighborhood went out. When it came back on, my keypad on my Maytag oven did not come back on with it. Is there a fuse I need to replace? Or maybe some combination of buttons I need to push to get it to come back on? Or do these things have no type of surge protection and I'm screwed? Thanks in advance!

First check your breaker box in your home that goes to the range, it may have tripped there.

Let us know.

the stove top burners all work so it is not the breaker. Its is just the control panel that wont work. Thanks.

No, there is no reset of the control panel.

It sounds like when the power came back on you had a spike and it blew out. You can file a claim with your power company about them paying for this. It never hurts to ask, some other people in your neighborhood may have had the same thing happen to them on one of their appliances today.

Here's the clock/control panel for your model:
Manufacturer's Number: 74008658

Thank you, that is a great idea. I just sent National Grid an email. Hopefully this works out. Thanks again.

No, you need exactly what I posted above.:)

That is the control panel assembly integrated into the clock assembly.
