Maytag LAT9306AAE washer leaves clothes wet and water in drum after spin cycle.

Clothes are wet and water is left in drum after spin cycle. I replaced pump, checked hoses for blockage or kinks, replace belts and adjusted tension, cleaned lint screens under agitator, replaced water level switch, leveled machine, and measured drum rotation speed at 600 rpm with tach. I reviewed spin cycle timer chart and it appears that is operating properly with 1.5 min spin, 20-30 sec fill, and then 4 min full spin. Also checked timer contacts for continuity during spin cycle increments. Lid switch is operable through out all cycles. I am not sure what to check next?

It doesn't sound like its draining fast enough.

What I do is pull the drain hose up from the standpipe and watch how fast the water drains out, it should drain out very fast with lots of water pressure coming out the drain hose and all the water should drain within 90 seconds.

I'd do that first and see what happens.
