I've replaced the mounting stem, bearing kit as well as the brake assembly but the machine will not spin. It will fill, empty, agitate, etc. but the inner drum will not spin. I smell odor of burning rubber which indicates that something is seized or blocked and causing friction with the belt as it is trying to spin the drum.
I hope this is ok but I already opened another thread on a different matter which is now resolved. In case you want to check that out for background info and pictures:

Maytag LSE7806ADE Brake Assembly/Package (WP6-2011900) I broke the retainer bolt!
Unfortunately, while replacing the brake assembly, I didn't pay attention to the videos which mention to be careful to not over tighten the brake retainer bolt / clip and it went snap! I hope I'm not the first to make this mistake... but now what? I couldn't find any information online about...
