I have a Maytag mft2574deh01 refrigerator purchased back in 2015. About a month ago water started leaking from the ice maker. 2 weeks later before I got a chance to look at it the ice maker stopped working. I replaced the ice maker and it started making ice again however the leaking water continued. The water would simply leak from the ice maker into the ice bin and freeze the ice and actually encase the ice bin in about an inch of ice. I then replaced both the primary water inlet valve and secondary water inlet valve but it continued to leak. I made sure the refrigerator was level. I replaced the water filter with a new one. The water pressure on my house is good so that is not the issue. The other day as I was opening the refrigerator the ice maker happened to be filling with water and water was just gushing out of the ice maker chute all over the refrigerator. The water would just normally go into the bin but the refrigerator was open. I reached up into the ice tray of the ice maker and there were ice cubes in it. The refrigerator was sending water to the ice maker when there were already cubes in it. What would cause this? Is this a control board issue and if so what control board is it? I know there are 2 control boards in the ice bin area. There are also 2 control boards in the back of the fridge. If anyone could help I would very much appreciate it. I literally don't know what else to try.
