I'm hoping you can help with some troubleshooting. The front water and ice dispenser have stopped dispensing. They're controlled by a single paddle. The selection switches are still responding with "clicks" and the light still works. The ice maker is still making ice. The freezer door light shuts off with the door switch.

I removed the drip pan. I removed (2) screws at the bottom of the cover/casing but cannot get the cover/casing past the exterior freezer door handles or past the paddle/chute assembly. Any ideas on removal of this?

I'm attaching your data sheet below, make sure the dispenser is unlocked first.
