My washer started acting up the other day. At first the wash plate didn't appear to be turning and there was a loud noise like it was attempting to agitate but wasn't. I put on a new hub under the wash plate and it seemed to work ok at first. When it got to the spin cycle a very loud buzzing noise can be heard and the tub barely moves.

Any suggestions based on the video? Splutch cam, transmission, something else that you folks normally see?

Adding on to this.

I've taken the bottom pulley off and checked the Splutch, it appears to be fine and I can spin the entire mechanism by hand, as well as the center shaft. When I spin it by hand there's no noise.

I cannot move the shift actuator at all.
