This came with the house and it is in great shape. I have replaced the snubber ring and all six springs and its better but still very bad. I started inspecting the feet and the front are good but the back are self leveling. It seems like they just go all the way in and maybe they are the trouble ? I looked up the parts and the stabilizer bar that connects the sides is discontinued. Is this a part that wears out ?

Is the rear stabilizer bar stuck?

The rear legs are self-stabilizing, if the stabilizer bar is stuck and can't move, it will also cause this problem.

Lift the rear legs up and check that stabilizer bar to make sure it moves freely.

If not, get a flathead screwdriver to pry that stabilizer bar free, to force it to reset.

No its not stuck. There just is no tension on those back feet . The washer is very easy to shake by hand. I have to sit on it when it spins to keep it from going crazy.
