Trying to diagnose the horrible noise my washer makes when it hits the spin cycle. I can't find any videos online of a machine making a similar noise. It's not spinning and the clothes come out soaked.

Does the water drain out?
Does the washer spin at all?
Agitation is ok?
Can the basket be spun by hand?

Sorry to say it didn't help me to come up with any more ideas.....hopefully someone else will listen to it and can come up with an idea of what that is.
