FIXED Maytag Washer MVWX655DW isn't agitating properly. What is the problem?

I have a problem with my Maytag Bravos XL washing machine, the agitator moves slowly, it doesn't have the strength to move the clothes. I attach a video, where you can see the problem. The washing cycle in the video is "Bedding", when it is in the "normal" cycle, little water, the agitator moves correctly. See video for more details.

Usually it's the shift actuator that is the culprit.(there are videos in the threads below)



Your model uses the exact same shift actuator:
W10913953 Actuator


There is a video in the shift actuator part link that shows you how to replace it.

Had the same problem on a whirlpool. Took out the shift actuator and ohms tested it. Passed the test but it was the mechanical inards that were damaged. New actuator installed and working great. This forum is awesome!
