I have a Maytag Bravos a little over 2 years old that isn't agitating properly, hard to explain so video attached. The video is with a load of clothes, I can make another with an empty machine if needed. Everything else seems top work fine, drains, spins etc. Appreciate any info on what the issue is and what parts are needed. Thanks.

Its the shift actuator.

Two other members had this same thing happen and the new shift actuator fixed them both:
