Hello Everyone,
Model MCSTCW16W4 1.6 Cu. Ft. We replaced the suspension rods on the machine and the rumbling went down but the clicking and squeaking is still very loud (see video) on the spin cycle only. Do you guy have any idea what it can be?

Hi, This is a model I haven't worked or had training on, and unfortunately I can't locate the service manual for it either.

Hopefully another tech. or member that's see this problem can assist you on it.

Other than that, its best to contact Magic Chef 1-888-775-0202 to have a tech. come out to see what's going on.
