MDB4949SDZ0 Maytag Dishwasher only drains when I hit drain button

Everything is clean and no clogs. When I hit drain, water quickly enters into disposal. Filters and everything are clean, but pump does not seem to drain the tub unless I manually do it at the end of the washing cycle.

Just a thought.
Maybe no power to the drain pump during the cycle?

Maybe the drain pump is weak and not 100% draining on each drain out?

What should the multimeter read if functioning properly Jeff?

Also, the control board is near the same price as a dishwasher, hopefully not that:

When the drain pump is suppose to be draining out it will receive 120 volts AC.
