Hi, I'd ohm test the thermal fuse first.

You will need a multimeter to ohm your thermal fuse. Its on your blower wheel housing. Unplug your dryer first before accessing it and ohm testing it.

Here's the thermal fuse for your model you can order here, if yours is bad:
Thermal Fuse WP3392519

This video shows how to test it:

This video gives you the general idea of how to access it:

This video is more specific to the thermal fuse location on the blower wheel housing once you have the front panel and drum removed.

Ok, next I'm attaching your tech data sheet below, on Page 3 under ACTIVATING SERVICE DIAGNOSTIC MODE

Unsuccessful Activation If entry into diagnostic mode is unsuccessful, refer to the following indications and actions: Indication 1: None of the indicators or display turn on.
Action: Select any cycle.
If indicators come on, try to change the function for the three buttons used to activate the diagnostic test mode. If any button is unable to change the function, something is faulty with the button, and it will not be possible to enter the diagnostic mode using that button. Replace the user interface and housing assembly. Refer to Dryer Disassembly Instructions, page 22

--->If no indicators come on after selecting the cycle, go to TEST #1: CCU Power Check, page 9.

Here's the CCU for your model if needed:
Electronic Control Board WPW10378252

Here's the user interface and housing assembly for your model, unfortunately its NLA: W10444957

Just created an account to thank you Jake. I had a totally dead dryer. This was over the Christmas/New Years holiday with out of town visitors and a ton of laundry to do. Checked breaker. Nope. Pulled out credit card to call an appliance guy but first I googled. Your post came up. I entered diagnostic mode by pressing the 3 buttons. Then I reset all error codes, exited diagnostic mode and the whole thing worked just fine. You saved me $$$ for sure. THANK YOU!!

Excellent, glad to hear that.(y)
