FIXED MEDX655DW1 Maytag Bravos HE Dryer not shutting off

Hi! I've read through the couple of threads where this problem is mentioned including this one

but would love reassurance on what the issue is

Maytag Bravos HE
Age: 3 years
Mod: MEDX655DW1
Ser: M63935765

We have a Maytag Bravos HE dryer that won't shut off. (model number is listed above and I'll post it in a picture below.)

When it's on sensor dry the dial does not move. When it's on timed dry the dial also does not move

Air fluff mode isn't hot. It's definitely not hot like a medium heat drying mode, it's not cool in there either though. The room the dryer is in also includes my furnace so the room is warm. I guess I'm just not 100% sure air fluff isn't getting a tiny bit, though I am certain it's not getting hot like it would on a medium heat setting

Hi,

Like I mentioned here:
If your getting 115 to 120 volts to the timer motor and its not advancing, then your timer is bad. Did you volt test the timer motor when its running?

The new timer comes with the new timer motor already installed for you.:)
