Hello All,

My Maytag dryer's steam spray is stuck on and won't shut off, I guess it's the valve that's stuck on. Can someone recommend me the right parts to replace it? Thank you.

Thank you Jake, got them from your store. Btw, is it easier to open the back panel and replace the valve?

Also, Inside the drum, I believe you have to unscrew the water nozzle using a 7/16" wrench or socket, then the old water valve inlet will come out.

Then put the water nozzle back in the same place on the new water inlet valve.

Hi Jake,

Thank you for the info. I thought I just had to disconnect the tubing from the old water valve to the new one? I have to remove the nozzle from the drum also?

I haven't had to change this water inlet valve on this model before, so you may be right, just disconnect the tubing first and see if that's all you need to disconnect.:)

Let us know when you get it.:)
