I tried two different ways - one button pushed three times and three different buttons pushed in sequence three times and neither worked. The instructions call for the washer to be in standby mode (power on but all lights off) and I could not get it into standby mode. As soon as I press the power button, some lights come on and waiting does not make the lights go away. I also tried unplugging the machine.
My two questions are - how do I get the machine into standby mode and how do I get it into diagnostic mode?

Standby model is when you just first power the machine ON.
