The defrost heater is perfect at 32 ohms, don't waste your money ordering a new one.

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below, get into the Service Diagnostics Mode and do the tests in Table 1, then look for Load Failures in Table 2.

Then you must of got a bad control board, where did you get it at?

Here's the control board for your model: WPW10674683

It's much less expensive when you order the complete assembly here: W11353815

Ok Jacob where are you getting the boards from?

The tech. data sheet tells you how to access the Service Diagnostics, if you are doing it properly you are getting bad boards.

Perfect, thanks!

See your evaporator thermistor on the 2nd photo, on the top right side that's clipped onto the top of your evaporator coil? See the white connector that connects to it? It looks like its burnt there, take that connector off and see if the contacts inside that connector are burnt. If not burnt, then you will need to ohm test that evaporator thermistor, because if that's bad then that's what's causing this frost build-up problem.

This is how we test the evaporator thermistor--->WHILE ITS FROSTY, your freezer evaporator thermistor should read about 8.7K ohms. Always Unplug the refrigerator first before ohm testing.

If it's not frosty put in a glass of ice water and wait at least 5 minutes before ohm testing it.

Here's the freezer evaporator thermistor for your model:
WPW10383615 Thermistor

Let us know how it goes.
