My Maytag Ice Maker is leaking from the bottom of the ice maker into the ice bin and creating blocks of ice and the arm won't rotate to dispense the ice. It is not overflowing from the top. I poured water into the ice tray and watched it pour out immediately. Is this the fill cup leaking because it is cracked?

If you manually poured the water into the ice maker tray and it came out immediately, that means you ice maker tray is cracked and leaking the water out into the ice bin.

You'd need to replace the ice maker to fix it.

If you poured the water into the fill cup of the ice maker and water came out immediately, check your fill cup for a ice clog or crack in it.
