Maytag Washer, Model #: MVW7232HW0, Serial #: CX4700445.
At times, the washer will not finish its cycle. The tub is full of water and the lid is locked. Error code reads: F9E1 Check that the Drain is Clear. Once a power cycle is performed the washer can finish a load / drain successfully multiple times until the error code reappears. There appears to be no obstructions at the pump or anywhere else. Also, the drain hose is properly seated. The drain pump and electronic control board have been replaced, so far. The washer works intermittently. Thoughts? Thank you.

On all washers, the water must drain within 90 seconds, so it can spin properly in the spin cycle.

So when it drains--->time it with your watch. Also what I do is pull the drain hose up from the standpipe and watch it flow out into the drain pipe, and make sure its draining out with full force.
