MVWB835DW Maytag Bravos XL Washer Tub Rubbing Sound

I have a different model, but similar issue. I get the same error code and the rubbing noise. I have not repaired or replaced any parts. Model Maytag MVWB835DW.

Your missing the last digit in your model number, we need that digit please. Read it from the model number tag under the lid.

What error code do you get?

Make a video of that rubbing noise please and upload it here.
