MVWB835DW0 Maytag Washer - Agitator doesn't move during wash cycle

I first notice that the lid lock would not turn off once the cycle was showing done. I would have to power off the washer and power it back on to get the lid lock to release. The clothes would still be wet and I would have to run a rise/spin cycle without rinse. The spin would work, but the kid would stay locked. I ran another test load and found that the agitator plate is not moving during the wash cycle, it just sits there and fills with water. It also doesn't agitate during the rinse cycle.

The agitator plate does move during the sensing part of the cycle.

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below. Let's check for any error codes.

On page 3--->Activation with Saved Fault Codes. If there is a saved fault code, it will be flashing in the display. Review the Fault/Error Codes table on pages 8–10 for the recommended procedure. If there is no saved fault code, “888” will be displayed.
