Purchased 7 months before it broke, tried to run self test failed and called Maytag arranged warranty service. Order for parts placed different repair tech says wrong part ordered needed control board and by the way other tech broke capacitor, capacitor repaced, control board ordered. Tech returns installs control board says all is fine running diagnostic, leaves, washer doesn't work. Tech returns says problem is wiring harness, asked us who was so rough to beat up washer enough to break it? Harness ordered. Third tech today harness installed, doesn't work. Tech says needs outer tub tube that regulates water pressure broken? Washer is beginning to look pretty battered, loose screws scattered about, grease marks, pieces of rubber in soon to be replaced tub. Does any of this even make sense?
